Whatever event you're planning, it's going to be awesome, but you'll be focused on serving your clients or community. So trust my experience to capture and deliver the story for you. Behind the scenes, in front of the scenes, challenging conditions, I'll get the shots, and they'll look great. In over 12 years as a news photojournalist and wedding photographer, there isn't much I haven't covered.
Event Photography Details
A small retainer is required to reserve the date, and image delivery takes place after the full amount has been paid.
You get:

Color corrected, print-resolution JPEG images, free of watermarks. I automatically deliver a separate batch optimized for social media. Quantity varies per job and duration. There's no per-hour average that applies to all events.

Non-exclusive license to use the images for commercial purposes. This means you get a broad range of uses to benefit your business or organization, while I own the copyright.

Standard turnaround is 14 business days from date of event (holidays/weekends not included). Standard delivery is via online gallery with download capability.
Daily Rate:
$1,500 per day, maximum of 8 hours included, also includes mileage within 60 minute drive
Hourly:
$200 per hour. Please note there's a $300 job minimum for all jobs outside of Horicon, WI.
Speedy Delivery:
5 business day turnaround (excludes holidays and weekends), add 40% of job fee
Retouch:
Retouching beyond standard color correction is available on a per-image pricing basis. Please discuss your particular needs for a quote.
USB Delivery:
Get your images delivered on a USB drive, in addition to the included online gallery. Starting at $50.
Full Copyright Transfer:
Please note, all artists own the full copyright to their work the instant it's created. The only way for another person to get that copyright is through a copyright transfer by the U.S. Copyright Office. Once you get copyright ownership, I can no longer use the work I created for my own purposes. Because of this extreme limitation, copyright transfer is available for seven times the job fee.
